This Cookie Policy explains how DocFast (a private limited company under Dutch law, KvK 62029339, Wijnberg 22, 2716 PE Zoetermeer, the Netherlands) uses cookies and similar storage technologies on the marketing site (docfast.ai) and the application (app.docfast.ai). Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
“Cookies” are small text files a website places on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage in your browser, which store small amounts of data in much the same way. In this policy, we use “cookies” to cover both.
Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a service we use). They can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them).
2. The cookies we use
We use the minimum set we need to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics.
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the application to work. You cannot opt out of them without breaking the service. They are set under our legitimate interest and the “strictly necessary” exemption in the Dutch Telecommunications Act (art. 11.7a).

Analytics / advertising
We do not use any.
3. Third-party services that may set cookies
- Stripe — when you open the checkout or the customer portal, Stripe sets cookies on its own domain (
checkout.stripe.com,billing.stripe.com) to keep your session and to detect fraud. See Stripe’s own Cookie Settings and Privacy Policy. - PropelAuth — handles login on our behalf. Cookies are set on our authentication subdomain. See PropelAuth’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — the marketing site loads fonts from
fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log the IP address that requests the font file. Google states it does not use this data for advertising. We do not embed any other Google services.
4. How to manage cookies
You can block, accept, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also offer a “Clear browsing data” option that removes cookies and localStorage in one step.
If you block strictly-necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in or complete a payment.
5. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced to account holders by e-mail or in-app at least 7 days in advance.
